1. About these terms

By making a booking through Travel & Fare you agree to these conditions. They describe what we do, what you can expect, and what happens when plans change.

This deployment currently operates on sample flight data for demonstration purposes; bookings made here are stored but not issued against a live airline inventory.

2. Bookings and references

A booking is confirmed once payment completes and a reference number (format TF-XXXXXX) is displayed. Keep this reference, it identifies your booking in every conversation with our team.

It is your responsibility to enter traveler details exactly as they appear on the travel document. Corrections may be limited by airline rules.

3. Prices and payments

Prices shown include the fare and applicable taxes at the time of search. In rare cases a provider may revise a fare before ticketing; if that happens we will contact you before any additional charge.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Card data is processed securely and never stored in full on our systems.

4. Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation options depend on the fare rules attached to your booking. Contact our support team with your reference number and they will confirm the available options before anything is changed.

5. Liability

We act as an intermediary between travelers and flight providers and are responsible only for processing bookings correctly. Circumstances outside our control (weather, strikes, schedule changes imposed by airlines) are handled under the provider's own policies.
