1. Information we collect

When you search or book a flight we collect the details you enter: traveler name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and billing address.

For payments we keep only the cardholder name and the last four digits of the card. Full card numbers, CVV codes and PINs are never written to our storage.

2. How we use your data

Your details are used to create and manage your booking, generate your reference number, contact you about changes, and provide support when you request it.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

3. Storage and security

Bookings are stored in an encrypted database accessible only to authorised agents through a signed-in dashboard.

Sessions are protected with signed, HTTP-only cookies; passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and never in readable form.

4. Sharing with providers

To issue tickets we share only the necessary traveler information with the airline or travel provider connected to your booking, nothing more.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the data connected to your booking reference, ask for corrections, or request deletion by contacting customerservices@travelandfare.com. We respond within one business day.
